Seven worlds or Lokas

 Seven Lokas in Hindu cosmology:

1. **Bhuloka (Earth Realm)**:

   - This is the physical world where humans live.

   - It's a place of joy and suffering, with birth, death, and rebirth.

   - It's where we work through karma and spiritual growth.

2. **Bhuvarloka (Astral Plane)**:

   - Just above Earth, it's a bridge to higher realms.

   - Inhabited by beings with heightened consciousness.

   - Often considered a transition place for souls after death.

3. **Svarloka (Heaven)**:

   - A realm of divine bliss and eternal happiness.

   - Inhabited by gods, demigods, and celestial beings.

   - Rewards virtuous souls for their good deeds, but it's not permanent.

4. **Maharloka**:

   - A realm of great sages and enlightened beings.

   - Profound wisdom, spiritual knowledge, and contemplation.

   - Advanced spiritual growth and realization.

5. **Janaloka**:

   - Higher than Maharloka, inhabited by saints and advanced spiritual beings.

   - Deep devotion to spiritual practices and service.

   - Progress on the spiritual journey continues.

6. **Tapoloka**:

   - Realm of intense meditation and austerity.

   - Spiritual discipline, self-purification, and penance.

   - Seeking to break free from the cycle of birth and death.

7. **Satyaloka (Realm of Truth)**:

   - The highest Loka, the abode of Lord Brahma.

   - Ultimate truth and enlightenment.

   - Beings here have reached the pinnacle of spiritual realization and exist in eternal bliss.

These Lokas are a way of understanding different levels of existence and consciousness in Hindu cosmology. They represent a spiritual journey, with the ultimate goal of transcending these realms and achieving liberation (Moksha) from the cycle of birth and death.
